Georgia has its own style of cooking, Delicious Georgian cuisine based mainly on ancient recipes, but you can also find many daring proposals from avant-garde chefs.

Apart from being a country-specific cuisine with many traditional features, other culinary traditions have influenced Georgian cuisine, mainly from the Middle East, West Asia and Europe.
